So I join a game and afterwards in post, I noticed that I went 16-0. Nothing popped up during the game to tell me, and it doesn’t look like I got the Commendation either.
What the hell?
Perfection can only be awarded on Slayer or BTB Slayer.

Anyway if the game blackscreened at any point you won’t get it. It just happened to me too.
