Didnt get my Halo 4 Microsoft points

I am an Xbox live rewards member and I did not revive Microsoft points for playing halo 4 online. I put 4 days into it and got nothing has this happened to anyone else? I live in Ireland but I don’t think that would make any difference

point earned from xbox rewards gets deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th or 30th of each month.

Wonder if it was US only?

theyre supposed to show up in pending points but dont.
