My game lagged out and I didn’t get the loot from the gold pack.
Sometimes when purchasing a REQ pack, a glitch can occur where you don’t see the pack open and can’t view its contents. However, in all the cases I’ve seen 343i investigate on this matter, the packs did actually open, and the contents were added to the player’s inventory. The glitch just made it so that the player doesn’t know what he got. This can be frustrating, I know, but chances are you did get the rewards from the Gold pack, but you just won’t know what you got.
The Forum Team sometimes replies to these threads with a breakdown of what items you purchase contained (this doesn’t happen often though).
