I preordered at 11/12/2016 and still havent received the code its now the 21/12/2016
I’m in the same boat here, this is quite disappointing seeing as the update says if the preorder was performed prior to the 14th we should have it the 20th.
For now I think it’s best to keep an eye on this topic for further updates, rather than everyone having their own thread:
