I’ll start by saying that I’m not sure if there is a global thread or whatever they’re called, so sorry if so and I’d love to be redirected, but I’m pretty concerned.
As topic states, I just bought a 5X GOLD PACK, and didn’t get anything. When I bought it, the purchasing window closed, said “we are bringing you to open packs” or something, let me hit A to continue, got stuck looping the req loading sound, and it never loaded any packs. After a few minutes I restarted my game, but there are still no req packs. It would just chalk it up to a glitch and try again, but I got charged for it. Is there anything I can do to get my packs? I tried hard resetting my xbox as well.
