Didn't get all req packs from Warzone Req Bundle

I bought the Warzone Req bundle a while ago but only received 3 or 4 weeks worth of req packs instead of all 7.
How do I go about getting the req packs I paid for?

Are you opening the packs because if I remember right you can’t save too many of them or else you don’t get new ones until you open those old ones

Yeah I opened them when I logged in for the first time each week, then they stopped appearing.

I’m very sure I didn’t open 7 weeks worth though. Got next to nothing out of those packs worthwhile. But if that’s the case then, ok. Thank you for looking into it.
