didn’t get helioskrill

I did all of halo 1,2,3 and 4 on legendary and last night I finished it, this morning I was excited to have the helioskrill but when I got on I didn’t get it so I don’t know if I need to do ODST and reach or not, I do have the legend achievement someone please explain my friend told me I need to do halo 5, someone please help

Check your service record and make sure MCC lists each level as completed. At least one level should show as incomplete if there’s a problem. You don’t need Halo 5.
