Well once you are Onyx in a playlist they rank you from 1500 onward. Then once you hit the top you get into champions. Not as cool as 1-50 but still cool. Onyx pretty much equals 50 nowadays.

This is comparing matchmaking ranks to cosmetic acquisition. They are wholly different.
Its comparing skill based grouping to currency. You cant do that.
You still have a sort of cR in halo 5…that’s what that number next to your emblem and gamertag is. You climb up that number purely through XP after everyother game and nothing else.
