The armor is freakin cool I would like a similar version to be unlockable. It doesn’t have to be exactly like his just similar and same concept, anyone else agree.

Well, he’s been in it for the past 4+ years. Maybe he just needs some actual air and wants to get out of the suit?

That would be pretty badass. He should have 2 different armors.
1 human normal looking one (current armor)
and 1 didact looking armor
Not to rain on your parade, but how would the Chief possibly get Didact armor? The Didact fell into a slipspace rupture, remember?
No, if anything he is getting a new Mjolnir suit, possibly Mk-7.
I think its a real shame that the Chief took his armor off at the end of Halo 4. If he gets new armor in H5 then why did 343 redesign his armor? Why not have him wear his original awesome armor from H2/H3 and then retire it properly?
As for Didacts armor… Well if we don’t have ODST or Mk V (or proper Bungie Mk VI) then I don’t think we’re going to get Didacts armor. Plus he’s not a Spartan, and he’s mahoosive.

He took it off because, as has been stated, he is a human too. That crap comes off for the sake of nap time.
As for the Didact’s armor, all forerunner combat skin is capable of adapting itself to any user.
And I wouldn’t so much call it a redesign as much of a graphical update. He could get updated to the stuff Naomi has, the Mk. 7. OR, he could just roll with what he has.

I wish they had added more armor that requires commendation completion. Like venator. You could have completed the campaign on legendary for the Promethean armor and Heroic for MK 6. Unfortunately 343 had the “bright” idea of adding different designs to the armor (eg. C.I.O. vs C.I.O. Web) instead of making different sets of armor or better yet, gun skins.
Adding Hyabusa would have been awesome, requirement: plasma pistol mastery, no just kidding.
The way I see it since in Spartan Ops the humans are going after Forerunner tech that in Halo 5 they are going to mess something up and summon or bring back the precursors. Now that humanity has taken the mantle of Guardians of the Universe from the forerunner now they’re going to have to deal with the menace that the Forerunners defeat so long ago. Then the Spartans will get some Mjolnir/Forerunner armour hybrid. Not sure wha exactly it’ll look like but it seems cool in my head. Then the Covenant will have some turmoil do they stay with they’re gods chosen successors or do they join those who are perhaps even more godly than the forerunners.
It’d be really cool to see Didact armour in Halo 4 too though.
