Did your thoughts on Halo 5 change?

It doesn’t seem to have changed much from the beta. Just some balancing stuff and campaign changes like each Spartan on Osiris and Blue having traits and individual loadouts.

I’m looking forward to it even more because of Warzone and the info we got on the campaign and BLUE TEAM YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Every change they make seems to come directly from our feedback, keeps looking better and better.

Everything keeps looking even better. Can’t wait to play it, it’s going to be great!

I went with tad less. I am worried about this team based campaign. Halo to me was always Master Chief kicking convie yoink… but now I don’t know what to expect. Not to mention the computer AI teammates usually stink. Buck guass gunning on the final run in odst his first three shots were usually misses. Then this whole you have to “heal” your team mate looks annoying and I have a feeling that will really drag down game play especially on legendary. But I guess time will tell.

I couldn’t like it any more in the first place.
If there was any fear It would be, as the person above said, the AI companions.

Vehicle sessions where you have to rely on their shooting are often incredibly tedious on legendary.

More than the Beta? Yes!
More than others Halo? Yes as well!

Well since the Halo 5 beta was a flop then I haven’t been impressed and now with things like ADS being added, things like splitscreen being removed makes me want to like it less. The only interesting thing left so far is the story.

There are still wayyy too many high pitched squeaks and chrips. Isn’t the game supposed to sound badass??

I didn’t think i could like it any more than i did… But some of this new gameplay footage is proving me wrong.

I really liked the beta, but now I like it a tad bit more since all of the changes they made compliment the game.

I’ve always liked it a lot since the beta.I just want some forge gameplay ;(

Guardians = perfection.

I’ll be smashing my way through them dirty blues in my Phaeton on Warzone on the 27th

The gameplay shown makes me want to play it so bad it’s driving me crazy

Yes.
And not in a good way.
After the beta, I felt Halo 5 would be the Halo 2 of 343. When the Gameinformer article came out, I was more hyped. But the news of a coop campaign didn’t make me ecstatic. I have always been a lone wolf, and having the dynamic of just Chief and Cortana has always been great. But now there will be 3 other characters with you at all times in the game? With a lot of emphasis put on it? I don’t know, it just feels like 343 is starting to alienate the more solo players. E3 didn’t help. The demo for the campaign was really weak and I bet any other part of the campaign would have been a better fit, like the Blue Team level. The Warden Eternal was promising though. I liked the story more after that. Warzone was…fun. Honestly while it does seem fun, I might not play it that much. It seems repetitive and doesn’t seem like something I could enjoy hours on end like classic BTB. The graphics looked worse than I expected, and that’s coming from a person that thinks graphics is the least important part of a game. I liked the art style though. 343 still doesn’t know how to do natural environments well though, but that’s just me. The sounds seemed to have gotten worse though. Why did they change the BR, and make it less powerful? Why did they make all these little changes that I don’t remember anyone asking for to the beta? The Gamescom coverage has lessened my worries. The Blue Team footage restores faith that maybe this campaign could be pulled off well, but I still am skeptical of the coop aspect. The arena maps like Colisseum, The Rig, Plaza, and that snowy one shows they are going for a lot of variety. I’m definitely excited to play arena. I think that’s where I’ll spend my time mostly.
But yeah, I am just a tad less excited. And that sucks. I just hope me thinking this game would be another Halo 2 is going to happen. One can only hope for the best…

If you ever played republic commando then you should be hyped about the new campaign system.

Well I haven’t. And just because I played a game wouldn’t mean I would like it and automatically be excited for a similar mechanic on another game.

I’m more excited. I was really looking forward to seeing Halo 5 on a competitive level and how it would play since the beta and it didn’t disappoint. There’s some things I’d change, but it really looked fun and highly competitive.

They spent a lot of time working on the ai squad mates, so I don’t think you have to worry about that. Also you don’t have to revive your squad mates. If you leave them they will respawn just like the other games
