He was right about the campaign I will give him that, but he most certainly was not right about REQs and multiplayer and what not.
He goes on to saying how REQs are just another way of giving Microsoft money and how we the people defending this cause makes us wrong and such. He’s so blind to realize that REQ packs money goes towards HCS Prize pool and has nothing to do with Microsoft. He tallied up numbers and such and said it takes 12 games of Didn’t mention which gamemode to get a gold pack and how it takes so long to get all the armor and such which is -Yoink-. Are you kidding me? I get gold packs every so often, definitely less than 12 games. In 12 games im buying like 3 gold packs or 4 and this is a result of me playing warzone correctly and also playing with people who understand how to win warzone in a matter of 4 minutes. Even if it takes about 5 games to get a gold pack, im still doing it under 10 minutes per match and im them getting faster because of how I play and how I work with a team in Arena and in warzone. He also goes on to say how Halo fans said that we don’t want another Angry Joe Halo review simply because he does not know what he’s talking about because he’s bad, he goes on to say that “you do not need to be good at a game to review it” But that’s where you are wrong Joe, you have to have individual skill to understand the game better, because unlike COD this game has a impressive skill gap that is hard to master. If you were individually good at the game, you would understand that REQ packs being able to be purchased does not make the game pay to win, because in warzone you already know what you’re getting yourself into, you already know that anything goes and also, Warzone means NOTHING. You also aren’t buying a specific gun or skin or vehicle, its all totally random. You cannot take any of these guns to arena mode (Which he failed to understand because he basically is saying now Halo 5 is a mircotransaction game), which is the only part of the multiplayer that matters. But you are blind and only see the word “Purchase” and it makes you think its pay to win.
When he starts to explain how people were dismissing another Halo 5 review because of his low KDR and lack of skill, he goes on to say how the Halo community has taken on this culture and how all the older halo players left the game with us “Kids” and that’s why you see that in the twitch chat lol wtf???
He said “So im suppose to like this? I love gaming, I -Yoinking!- love gaming now” No you don’t have to like it, just playing arena, do not play a single game of warzone and just sell all the weapons and vehicles and power ups and warzone boosts!
He has absolutely no idea what he is talking about to be honest, the only thing he truly understood and what right about, was Halo 5’s campaign. How it didn’t fit what it marketed. It was marketed as some badass game where the main character you’ve known for years goes AWOL and you as Locke are hunting him down, but it wasn’t like that at all. Why the trailer with locke and chief against the statue on the ground? why all the trailers about city’s falling and locke chasing chief through all the rubble? Nothing happens like that in the game. So he was right about that but everything else. Nope. Wrong

Exactly, how are you going to say Halo 5 is pay to win when REQs are completely random? Also when they don’t even carry over to Arena?

I agree with everything he says actually. Halo 5 is a terrible Halo game. Its a good game, just not a good Halo. I only keep playing because I’m hoping to eventually get some cool armour out of REQ packs that I am not paying for with real money like the rest of you fools.
Also, why is the money you pay for those packs going towards the elitist group of champions. I am a casual player so why should I care what those -Yoink- do.

dont really think you had to report him. I personally think its a well made halo game that focuses on the core mechanics of a halo arena shooter. (fair start, map control, power weapon control, team play etc) Something halo 4 lacked severely.

I agree with most of what he says. Multiplayer lacks so many things. And it doesn’t count if 343i will add in the missing maps, modes, and playlists later on. And they removed split screen (I don’t care what 343i claims, there’s no excuse when other games do it). Personally I think Halo 5 is above average only for its gameplay. It’s fun.
As for REQs, only a portion of the money made goes to HCS. 343i is still making a lot of money from current players after they bought the game. Why should any DLC be paid?

I am being paid? I -Yoinking!- wish I was being paid. But anywho, im not so much as angry as I am trying to rid of people who attack on the halo forums. Its not needed. Also, I don’t pay for my packs. Earn them by playing the game right and being “Good” at it. Maybe that’s why I enjoy it and you don’t

Its average now, they definitely are going to add all this stuff in later which I agree, is a bad move. Why would all this stuff be added in later? I mean you had enough time on the game to add it in. You lacked in campaign and certainly didn’t play like they took their time in campaign so why wasn’t all this other stuff added in?
