Did you have more fun on 360 or Xbox One?

Since everyone had a 360 ima have to go with that lol plus the longer years of playing halo

Thats a question that 99% of people are going to answer the same. Alot of my, and probably everyone else, friendships spawned as a result of H3 on 360. We’ve had more time with the 360.

Wait 10 years and ask that question again.

The only think that I have liked about Xbox one so far is I can watch UFC Fight Pass on it. Other than that I have not been impressed at all. Sure the first person view on GTA 5 was kinda cool but wasn’t all that. Had MCC worked 100% and the multiplayer worked like the multiplayer on the 360, not this unranked screwed up player counts Xbox one version then maybe I could say Xbox one. But so far I would say the Xbox 360 is better than the Xbox one.

Original Xbox, Halo 2, hands down the best gaming years of my life.

Xbox 360 by far, Halo Reach and Wars were awesome.

360 just the overall menu and is easier to set up games with friends

360, because Xbox One has no games yet.

360, but when the 360 came out it was crap and I just play Halo 2 on my old Xbox til Gears came out.

You mean, it was basically the Xbox One of the mid-2000’s? With little to no games that are interesting and the one game that sells the platform hasn’t been released yet?

The 360 to me was just so much easier to navigate and work with. Back to the old days with the blades on the dashboard was awesome lol

X360 because I can actually play Halo on it. Even today.

I’d love to prefer my XONE but because I’m Australian, we can’t find any matches. :frowning:

thank you all for your reply!

This.
Xbox 360 was a piece of junk hardware wise, I went through 4 of them.
Xbox One just sucks all together.

Unfortunately the more powerful Playstation 4 is not much better.
Antiquated, mid range 5 year old graphics processor… Coupled with a low-end octo-core AMD tablet CPU that is not any faster than a Dual-Core Haswell 3.2ghz processor… And only 8Gb of Ram? Not going to end well.
Remove 2 cores so only 6 are available, remove several gigabytes of Ram for other junk besides gaming…

The Xbox 360 in comparison when it launched had potent hardware compared to even a high-end PC at the time. (Aka. Radeon x1950 and Geforce GTX 7950)
The only failing point of the Xbox 360 on it’s launch was the inadequate CPU (Ignoring the failure rates, that shouldn’t have happened!), which was also a problem shared with the PS3 and every console that has ever existed, because… Graphics is what sells, so graphics is what gets most of the budget, the Xbox One didn’t even get that though.
I am hoping one day a console manufacturer will take CPU performance seriously, I want more A.I characters, more advanced physics, better quality frame buffer effects, more complex scripted events, deformable geometry… List goes on.

With the Playstation 4 dominating the Xbox, I am hoping this console generation that Microsoft will force it to be a short one to one-up the Playstation, I do not like the idea of being stuck with this antiquated old low-end hardware for another 7-10 years.
Even playing Halo 5 Beta, the graphics quality reminded me of what I was experiencing on PC 5 years ago, I’m serious, it’s nothing ground breaking.

360 smashed the one as it simply worked.

Its embarrassing that after all this time the ones dashboard takes twice as long to do anything than its predecessor.

Sort ft of like the MCC. Bungie made it work on the original and 343 can’t even get you to join games without massive lag if you can find one.

There is absolutely zero comparison. Apart from the bump in resolution, FPS and the slim chance that you connect to a dedicated server, the experience is inferior to the 360 versions in every way.

360 why? because Halo still works in there…

260. Because the game works.
and Halo Reach Customs were so Great.
Easy to set up custom games.
Compared to xbox one. you need to go through about 3 millions different menus just to invite a recent player… sigh

Xbox 360 because H3 customs was the best back then
