Did you guys get a Xbox update in the last few day? I haven’t play in a few days I fired up the xbox and got an update. Probably not a game updated.
Edit: It was for the Xbox One S. The next day it reset everything in the xbox and updated it for the 4k games.

I was puzzled about this one. Cranked up the xbox and had to wait for about 10mins to update
Since I hooked up an external drive to the box, I get an xbox update, almost every time I power up.

That’s strange… Did you know MS stopped making Xbox One now. Only Xbox S and the new X now.

If you’re in the preview program, yes there are occasional updates.
I don’t know why you think a console update would be related to Halo 5 though.

Actually it was Oppssss!!! I meant to post under General. Thanks for moving it. Wasn’t paying attention…lol
Don’t really know since my Xbox updates automatically when it’s in sleep mode.

I think I know why now. I also have mine set to update in sleep mode. I have an X1S. The update completely changed everything. I had to start over just like I did when it was new… I guess maybe for the new 4k stuff coming out. They don’t make Xbox One anymore just S and X.
