Yes, the US presidency changes its seal quite often, why not a fictional government doing it every so often?

I noticed that the minute I saw the box, I like it…it looks cool. Now I’m just going to need people to make a new line of tshirts with that logo on it so I can update my Halo based clothes lmao

Such a small detail, I really don’t care but the new logo looks awesome.
Not only is this a new era for the Halo franchise w/ 343i taking the helm, but in-game wise it is a new era for the UNSC now that the Human-Covie war is over so that new logo could make sense canon-wise.
I think it looks cool. I liked the almost art deco design of the original but this one is more edgy like it should be on the hood of an 80’s Camero.
I’d like to hear more from people who prefer the older one.

My thoughts. The UNSC has emerged from the Covenant-Human War. I think it makes a lot of since for them to change their logo a bit.

Yes, but even the UNSC seal has changed on the Forward Unto Dawn, which we all know is not possible given its situation.

In that case use the comon known fact : 343i changed the logo to fit their artistic view just like they did with MkVI, Grunt, Elite and many many more.

New logo looks suh-weet!
You never know, in the Halo story. The logo may have always looked like that to the characters.
It may just be part of the new art design. Maybe not, the UNSC may have decided to -Yoink!- themselves out.

Did we need online passes? No.
Did we need skins? No.
Did we need elites removed from MP? No.
Did we need lore behind MP? No.
Did we need FF removed? No.
Do people still want to play halo 4? Yes.
