The POV from Chief shows dates where his armor has been last modified by Halsey in 2561. This definitely takes place after Halo 5.
But if you mean in terms of design and the feel of Halo, it DARN sure feels like it.
Apparently they have, because it’s gonna be a starting point for beginners while respecting what came before. I’m very unsure about this, because it means that cliffhangers like 5’s and Halo Wars 2’s don’t get proper conclusions. I have faith though, they definitely seem like they want to nail this one.
