Is it? a friend of mine that would always afk in spartan ops isent leveling up as much now, did they make it where you have to play to get the xp?
You need atleast 10 kills to get full xp, and it is usually based off of time. I found about 8 minutes 30 seconds is where it caps the xp at 5950.
