Did they ever address Fiesta, Oddball, & Ricochet

So, did 343 Industries ever address Fiesta, Oddball, AND Ricochet not being in match making? It looks like out of the 4 game modes they added, only Assault is in match making.

Did they ever explain why? Or give a estimate for when they might be added?

fiesta will rotate in the social playlist and oddball/ricochet can be made in custom games. thats what they said during the live stream
