did the elites join unsc again or locke join cove.

I’m thinking Locke joined with the covenant because I think he was raised by them, but I saw pictures of him in nightfall with other humans and I think he could be on their side as well. I haven’t gotten to deep in night fall and I haven’t watched it yet if already came out.

Lol what!? He’s a regular guy who works for ONI from what it looks like. He’s working with the Arbiter because he must’ve figured he’d be the person with the most intel on his whereabouts since he [Chief] went AWOL.

Ok so does that mean that the elites joined back with the UNSC, or is the Arbiter the only elite that rejoined the UNSC. And another thing is that really the Arbiter in that trailer? Because he looks like he’s wearing regular armor instead of his.

Even though I’m afraid that’s the Arbiter without his armor because I love the armor he wore in halo 3 and should never be taken away, its just what makes him The Arbiter, but it would be more logical if that is the arbiter, and if that is The Arbiter then 343 should change his armor back to his original armor.

There are many arbiters mate, its probably a different one from the one on halo 3

I know there are many arbiters but if Locke is asking this Arbiter, then this is most likely the Arbiter in halo’s 2 and 3. Because The Arbiter has sent quite sometime with Master Chief in halo 3, fighting along side each other til the very end. If halo 3 was the last halo to be made in the Master Chief series, then it would be almost perfect. But ill get into detail later if anyone’s interested, and i already know that elites alone joined the the UNSC and not the Covenant.

This is probably in the wrong forum thread. Try the Halo Nightfall thread.

You have to remember, Halo 3 is not the last Master Chief game, and it seems there are rogue elites along with the other Covies in Halo 4. I’m guessing that this story is completely different than what we’re expecting.

that’s what I’m afraid of and I know that halo 3 isn’t the last halo game. I was JUST SAYING IF it was it would’ve been an ALMOST perfect ending to the Master Chief series. Yeah I probably should’ve put this in a different forum.

No, that is thel vadam, the arbiter from halo2/3, the gold armor signifies his status amoung elites.
Locke is an oni agent turned spartan 4, he was not raised by elites, smh

OT:The arbiter and locke are merely working together, for now, neither have abandoned their faction.

Ye ye, Locke a bad -Yoink!- i hope, and yeah there are plenty of covie’s that like humans, was readin a book bout a grunt names Yarp i think who only fought cuz his Elite master brought him into battle.

I cant wait to actually have time to watch nightfall and hear this story. seems very interesting.

What? What is going on in this thread…?
Thel 'Vadam is the arbiter and leader of the Swords of Sangheilios. There have joint operations between SOS and the UNSC. Locke, an ONI agent and his team are working in cooperation with the Arbiter and his SOS forces.

So much misinformation in here.

Jameson Locke is an ONI agent, who was brought into the Spartan IV program. He is human through and through.

Thel 'Vadam, the Arbiter from Halo 2 until current, is still allied with Humanity. He is not Covenant.

The New Covenant is comprised mainly of Elites, Jackals, and Unggoy. It is lead by an opponent of Humanity known as Jul 'Mdama.

Im sure the arbiter on halo 2/3 is like a steel silver, or is it classed as gold since it has like a copper tint to it?

Haven’t watched nightfall yet, but it sounds like it might help piece some of the questions I have together.
