He lives and we will hopefully be able to kill him in halo 6 and not that cinematic stuff like at the end of halo 4.

Well…Chief planted a Pulse Grenade in his chest. Not sure how someone can walk away from that, but I guess my what others are saying he’s found a way?

If he’s not dead maybe in a future game we’ll be able to finish the job, preferably with an assassination, not a cutscene, but an in game finishing move. Like think of all the various assassinations available in campaign or matchmaking and imagine if you randomly used one of those, so each time you use something different. That would add some replayability and entertainment.

Which is contradictory to the H4 terminals btw

Its a bit obvious he dies because he gets a plasma grenade to the chest right in where his heart is and then falls into the weapon he uses to disintegrate the humans so i think he would be dead

I think I have to agree you with all you guys, I don’t think he truly died because one: he came back in the comics and two: you can’t kill of such a big character with a quick time event, or maybe you can I’m not a dev but it seems kind of stupid to kill the diadact off with a quick time event

He did not die. He was composed. It’s possible during the reclamation he may return if Cortana is no longer the forerunner Queen. The Warden seems to follow whoever’s leading so if the Didact returns the Warden will follow. That’s just a theory of mine.

I think he will because he is a part of the reclaimer saga and plays a major role
