Did the day one patch also predownload?

I’ve downloaded Halo 5 (so hyped) but I honestly can’t tell if the day one patch downloaded as well, I’m keen to boot it up at midnight and play!

I think day1 update should be closer to launch. Keep you Xbox on instant on so it’ll update for you!

All I know for sure is it will be up BEFORE release day.

I hope they let us download it 2 days early at least, because with my 3mbs speed it will take 10-15 hours. And that’s providing that nothing interrupts it, or forces it to restart or some weird accident takes place.

Same here! They should just release the game now to all digital owners. Like how 2K16 was available several days early.
