I bought arena req packs a while back and this monday they never went through so im confused did they not go out for everybody or just me :sob:

What are you saying “no” to?
Can you provide the exact date of purchase? You should have gotten a confirmation email when you bought the Bundle. Alternatively, you can look at your payment history at account.microsoft.com.
