I purchased the Spartans Armory REQ with $9.99 at about 12:50ish am 3/18, but I after confirming my purchase I was booted back to the title screen and did not receive my REQ or any items at all. I checked my purchase history and says I was charged but have still yet to receive my pack. I contracted Xbox Support and was redirected here for assistance.

I also attempted to purchase the Armory pack around 12am ET on 3/18, and the transaction was declined each time. Turns out Xbox was having purchasing issues at that time that have since been fixed. However, in my issue I wasn’t charged for the items, the transaction was instead declined. Also, are you absolutely sure you didn’t actually get items from the purchase? Perhaps you were booted out of the screen that let’s you see what was in the pack? Do you have any way of verifying that your inventory is the same as it was before purchasing the pack?
