Did not recieve all req packs from premium bundle

So today i purchased the premium req bundle for 24,99 euro’s.

In the discription it said that i will recieve 14 premium req packs, but when i checked my packs i
only got 2 premium packs!

When will i recieve the other 12 packs?

I expect a paid system to work not to fail.

I think I recall it saying something along the lines of over a 7 week period.

You receive 2 req packs a week until you receive all 12.

I can understand them wanting to not give everything out at once for balance reasons, but… only 2 a week is way too slow, IMO. Especially for the price of the bundle…

i got my pre-ordered pack at the start but im not getting any more packs !!!, i only got 1 or 2 when i typed in the code and i havnt got any since as in i havnt got 2 this week, i dont know what to do !?
