Did not receive "Thank You" REQ pack

I received an email from Microsoft regarding the feedback survey’s and that instead of a December survey I should have received a Thank You REQ pack yesterday. So far I have not received it either due to error or simply the REQ has not been sent out yet and the email was instead sent out early. If anyone at 343i can look into this and clarify it I would appreciate it.

Same here. Just got the email and checked the game and there was only the daily req pack.
