Did not receive req packs.

I bought a pre paid req bundle pack, I redeemed the code no problem, but it hasn’t given me my req packs. I have done everything Xbox live support has asked me to try and still nothing. Please help, I don’t want to be out $25+tax.

Is this your first Warzone REQ Bundle? Did you ever get a Warzone REQ Bundle before, either as part of a special edition of Halo 5 or a separate purchase?

And you redeemed the code today? Have you checked for your packs just on console or have you also checked Waypoint? Did you get 2 packs but were expecting 14, or have you gotten no packs at all?

I redeemed it on the 13th, I did not get any on my console, I don’t know how to check on waypoint.
