Did not receive Req Pack

purchased a req pack and didn’t receive my pack. I re logged, checked for any new items/etc and nothing. Was charged for it but never got my pack :(((((

Same thing happened to me. First gold req pack i bought with REAL money, didnt get it. Bought a second pack with REAL money just to see if something was actually wrong and yes i recieved nothing. Whats going on? If we’re not getting the products we paid for then you’re stealing our money then, whether you wanted to or not.

Same here I bought 5 gold req packs and received none of them! I have no new items, cards, whatever . When I purchase them I recieve the processing screen then it backs out , checked unopened reqs page and even logged out and in I do t know why it’s doing this, but I would really love to have the product I pay you guys for. Otherwise give us our cash back and take out the microtrans if you can’t get them to work properly .

I’m suffering through an online chat with Xbox support right now. The guy is convinced I’m talking about issues with the Warzone REQ Bundle, when I’m missing five purchases from this morning and a missing promo code redemption. I’ve been successfully billed, but haven’t received anything. From what I can tell in the forums it looks like the REQ system is down–here’s hoping they deliver the packs since they’ve already billed us.

I bought 5 gold packs as well…it’s almost like it crashes when it’s supposed to open them and then completely forgets we purchased anything…

Quick update: If you guys have paid money for these REQ packs, contact Xbox Support. They should refund the purchase and tell you to hold off for 24 hours to let them resolve the issue. They’re having a widespread issue with purchasing. Hope this helps!

What a pain…talking to people on the phone is something I’m really not good at lol

Some people on Reddit are saying that the problem is resolving itself. It just takes a few hours. All bought packs are appearing in the unopened packs section.

Just had the same thing happen to me. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!
