Hey FakeChow216OHIO, we just resolved an issue surround the purchase of REQ Packs. Please sign out and sign back in, your REQ Pack should appear in the Open Packs section of the Requisitions menu.

I have yet to receive my pre order req packs as well. I would really like to know if the issue is being worked out.
My Gamertag is MenacingCupcake about a week ago i bought the premium REQ pack bundle and so far have only recieved 4 of my 14 packs

What about not receiving my premium req packs from the bundle? I uninstalled and reinstalled my bundle and it still doesn’t show up. Can you help me? Gamertag is Dude McGuyson
