Did not receive ice unicorn skin during MCC Beta

Hey I was curious about the frost unicorn skin and halo waypoint emblem. I played with a 343industries developer during a play session in flight 2 of testing for the MCC. I sent an email to support but didn’t receive any reply. I had a blast testing the game and am just a bit bummed that I didn’t get the skin. Any help would be appreciated.

The Ice Unicorn skins are given out for playing during community play dates, it doesn’t count just meeting them in regular matchmaking. It wasn’t until very late last year than MCC became included in those play dates where you would be awarded the skins. If you played before then you wouldn’t be eligible

I’m aware of that, this was during the play dates (more like play hours) during the MCC testing.

Also this was not just plain MCC this was the beta testing for the large update, and the only reason I bring this up is because it was mentioned in an email concerning my flight of testing that if we matched with developers during the specific play sessions we would receive the badge and skin.

stckrboy Is there a way I can check my match history on halo insider? I don’t need have screenshots of that specific match, only just a screenshot of my email and of the beta menu facepalm

The scheduled MCC testing sessions aren’t playdates so they aren’t eligible for the unicorn skins.
