So I went ahead and purchased 2x Warzone REQ Bundles for $25 each from a local retailer and redeemed them on my account as well as purchasing the Limited edition copy of the game and have not received any of the additional digital content advertised. I spent 3 hours on the phone after being disconnected 3 times and finally all support could tell me as to make a thread here stating the issue and await further information on their end on how to resolve this issue. This is a major problem to have at launch with content that is both included with copies of the game as well as purchasable directly through the game or local retailers. I’m pretty disappointed but not much I can do besides waiting here for someone to resolve this issue.
I have the same problem… I got a physical copy of the game cuz i had to wait for my collector’s edition and my limited edition xbox one to arrive …so while i had the physical copy i went in the Req store and bought the warzone bundle for 25€
I got 2 packs and said that every week i will. Get from 2…in total 14…
But once i got my limited edition console i gave the cd copy to a friend and downloaded the digital copy from the xbox which was the deluxe edion one and had also again the req bundle inside …
My proble is that i bought one with money
And downloaded the other… So am i getting a total 28 req packs or the second one is lost …in that i case i want a refund
I also have this problem. Had one req bundle from my collectors edition then bought a second req bundle and haven’t gotten it yet.
