Hello I bought the Halo 5 warzone req bundle and didn’t receive all my req packs I only got 3 weeks worth of packs when I should have got 7. They are the green packs. So I would like to receive the ones I didn’t get. So eight individual green packs. I was just on tech support from Microsoft and they told me to contact you thanks. I have on tech support from Jan 21st to today at different points of the day trying to figure this out with Xbox. Thanks. And if you could throw in an extra pack or two that would be greatly appreciated.
