Did not give me the army emblem

I’m level 147 and it still hasn’t given me the army emblem I’ve spent millions of req points and still nothing it’s the only thing I don’t have in the game PLEAS HELP

I think you’re given the Army emblem when you reach SR 60 according to this thread here. Worst case scenario, open up some Silver packs is the emblem is considered Rare.
