I bought the memories of reach req pack, the one listed for 120000 req points or $9.99, and it gave me 60000 req points back and single use reqs only. It didn’t give me any permanent reqs like it said in the description, which promised “3 new permanent reqs, if available, including armor or helmets of noble team”. I have all of the normal unlockable permanent reqs in the game but I don’t have ANY of the ones from the reach pack, so it should’ve given me 3 permanent reqs that are available from the pack like it promised in the description. At this point I will either need a refund or the 3 reqs that were guaranteed with the pack. And the solution should be done promptly. Thank you.
I think the ones you might be missing are from the Classic Helmet pack, not the Reach pack.
All permanent items in the Memories of Reach pack are also in the normal Gold/Silver/Bronze packs. If you have all normal unlockable permanents in the game, then the MoR pack won’t give you anything new.
As someone above mentioned, you have probably confused the MoR pack with the Classic Helmet Pack. Classic Helmets can only be attained from the Classic Helmets pack, which can only be gotten from the MS Store at this time.
