I entered a valid code and it even confirmed it for me for the delux edition which promised me 14 req packs. I didn’t get a single one. What do I do now?
You don’t get all 14 packs at once OP, you get them spread over 7 weeks. You would have gotten the first 2 after redeeming and the rest of them will come 2 per week until you have had all 14. The only reason you might not get any packs is if you have redeemed a code for a Warzone / Arena bundle already on your profile.
If you haven’t and the first packs haven’t shown up, sometimes the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. Hard reset your console to see the updated inventory in-game, alternatively you check for new items here on Waypoint: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/categories/customization?ownedOnly=False
