I saw that the Infection nameplates drop each Friday. I know I did at least 15 matches start to finish. I saw my recent matches on waypoint was acting up a little bit and was not sure if that had something to do with the issue. Either way, I would really like my name plate =)
If you’re sure you completed 15 matches start to finish (the requirement is 10 matches), then you’re good. Nameplates are manually granted, just be patient.

I was not aware they are manually distributed, I will check in a few days
Just in case though I would play some more Infection matches until you see the nameplate unlock
Better play more than 10, but don’t worry about it, most of the times you get it 4-6 days, wait at the end of the month (2 days left ) and check it again, it happens with all nameplates, like the insider ones.
I just checked today and I got the emblem! Thank you everyone for your input! Mods can lock this thread if they choose to do so.
