Me and my company never got Achilles armor. My Spartan Company name is A D O N Y X TEAM
I’ve google that you can get the achilles armor by hitting level 3 on all kill commendations, even GreenSkull, said “The Halo 5 Ready Up Live Spartan Company unlocked the Achilles armor by completing level 3 of all kill commendations.”
After finding this out, Me, my 2 brothers (Omae Wa Mou2174, twinkiie lord and SHORTYDz) began the painstaking process of trying to complete the kill commendations to level 3.
My company had already had level 2 kill commendations so we had a head start. All our kill commendations are level 3 and above, but we never got the armor.
Your company has a number of commendations that you have not completed level 3 for. The wording can be a bit misleading. You have to complete level 3 (ie., reach level 4) to get the armor. Then, you have to complete level 5 to get the helmet.
On your page for kill commendations on Waypoint, you will see two circles with the titles “All Together Now” and “The Sum is Greater than the Parts.” These are the two you need to fill up, the former for the armor and the latter for the helmet.

We got the armor a few days ago! Sad to see people never worked on getting the armor and got a free ride. They left shortly after we got it too
