Did not get achievement for completing campaign

Hi.
I just finished the campaign on normal difficulty. I wasnt awarded achievement for completing mission 8, 11 and 13. As a result I also did not get the achievement for completing the campaign on normal difficulty. I tried restarting the console multiple times. I also did a hard reset but no luck.

I am on Xbox One X. Can anyone please help me?
Please lemme know if I can provide any more information.

If you were completing the game over this weekend then there have been some Xbox Live outages that affected multiple online services. It’s possible that your completions were fully registered, or potentially they were but are queued up and will take a day or 2 to pop. Last week I had 2 Assassin’s Creed achievements that took 2 days to pop after earning them. Worst case is that you might need to complete those missions again

When I check my campaign progress on halowaypoint.com it shows me that I finished all the missions on normal difficulty.
