343 said from the very beginning they were going to make everything lore friendly. So why is any of this news a shock. AA’s were made strictly for spartan III’s which is why we didn’t have them in 1-3. Its only natural spartan IV’s would have them
Spartan 3’s only use weapons they are specialized with
why wouldnt spartan IV’s but even more so
Spartan IV’s are just normal soldiers and retired III’s. Why would they do anything like a spartan II when they are outdated
and hell. All Spartans can run like cheetahs

Simply put
343 has already explained why they made things like they are a long time ago but so few people noticed
just look at the lore
look at how it all fits
and you can tell exactly whats going to be in or out.

it was also confirmed we will be given a proper reason for the change in armor
which sticks with my theory that if you look at lore you can foresee the future.
