I ordered a copy of Halo 4 limited edition from Kmart. I had even paid an extra 30 bucks to have the order expedited. After they charged my credit card and didn’t give me a tracking number, I gave them a ring. Hello, this is Kmart customer service. How may I help you? Help me by giving me my copy-.- They transferred me to the manager and guess what the manager told me? I don’t know how to help you. You will be contacted within 48 hours. It comes out in less then 24, not to mention I paid extra to have it here tomorrow morning. Scam? Someone help me-.-

pretty sure kmart doesn’t scam people, they just probably have terrible customer service or something.
I wouldn’t recommend buying from Kmart anymore.
I don’t know what K-Mart is but another thread was made by someone with the same issue. I don’t think they got any copies given to them.
Don’t buy from redneck stores like Kmart. You could’ve bought online from gamestop, bestbuy, target, newegg, all sites more reliable, more popular, and less redneck. Dumb choice of retailer.

Expedited shipping doesn’t necessarily mean the same as release day shipping. Besides, the game doesn’t release until tomorrow, there is still a possibility it could arrive on release day.
This is why I don’t pre-order through Kmart, ever. My Kmart usually has broken items on display to buy (heavily dented boxes, open boxes, some items cracked) lol, not kidding.
When you report that Kmart said “expedited” that could mean anything. Unless you specifically saw something that said guaranteed delivery by Nov 6th, then it could come on that day or anytime after. Like others have said, if you dont like the service experience of Kmart, choose another store for H5 like Amazon or Best Buy. Dont know what else to tell you besides some hiccups do occur with BIG game launches like this
Said it will be delivered release day, Nov 6. And to all above, kmart online kmart is acquired by Sears. I very reputable chain. They use the same help service.

Well, now that you told us Kmart said Nov 6th, then it seems your post about getting scammed is very premature. You should have posted this tomorrow after 8pm EST. Since nobody in this discussion works at a Kmart warehouse, it is not fair to speculate about whether or not it is past the time today for orders to ship out. Take a deep breath, have some faith that the company doesnt want to have to give you your money back, and worst case scenario you get your game a day or 2 late and you learned to pick a different store with better customer service for future purchases.

Worst case scenario I don’t get a Halo 4. And they refund me and tell me the following: “We will refund the cost of the game and shipping, but keep the handling (had happened with other stores with me in the past). We wont be getting your copy to you because we don’t have it and only posted it on our website so it looks like we can compete with other companies. Sorry, enjoy buying a regular edition in about a month when you get your refund.” The fact that nobody even knows where the order is, or where it is coming from, is what worries me.

Sears is owned by Kmart. It’s why I don’t shop at Sears anymore.
I would relax. It’s very possible that it shipped out today and they don’t have tracking information in their system yet. Their customer service is terrible. I see it everyday here at work. I purchase items all day long.
Is it possible they could do what I last said?
