Did I send my ticket to the wrong place?

Hello.
So basically, I got an email from Halo Support. Telling me, my ticket that I sent for review, during the most recent flight, was sent to the wrong site and must be sent to Halo Insider Support, which confuses me loads because I have or had no idea where I was suppose to send it. Everyone told me it would be on Halo Support and I couldn’t find an Insider version to this.
I had loads of tickets sent out as well, but I bet a lot of people had similar or same issues as me, so it’s cool. I’d just like to know for future, so I don’t waste mine or supports time. Thanks for reading :slight_smile:
P.S.
I have -Yoink!-, so it probably just flew right over my head and I haven’t been using common sense.

So during the flight when you got a message on waypoint/email with the details it also had a link to a dedicated support site for the Halo Infinite flight. Unfortunately that was the only place they were accepting tickets relating to the flight.

Hey thanks for letting me know. Maybe I should’ve actually read all the details on the invite. That’s my bad.

Dont worry about it, I made the same mistake during the flight as well. The link will reopen with future flights so you can send in those tickets if the problems haven’t been addressed or fixed yet!
