Perhaps if you had mentioned that complaint in your original tweet, 343i wouldn’t have had to ask you to elaborate.
They asked for more information because your tweet was vague. They couldn’t have known otherwise whether you were making a general complaint, or whether you were experiencing a bug (rather than a design issue) and needed tech support.
