Did Flood mode scrath the itch of elites being cut out from Halo. To me not really because while Flood mode is cool as hell, it isn’t all that customizable and is only limited to one mode. With elites we had Invasion and they could be used in ANY custom game mode. That’s just my thought on it how bout you guys?

We also have Dominion, and that’s pretty much Invasion minus Elites + base building. I’m super happy.
They never said so, they talked about a GAMEMODE that was supposed to scratch the itch of Invasion…that mode is Dominion not Flood.

Dominion doesn’t even sratch that itch. Its more like land grab with Invasion style options. And with Flood it isn’t as customizable as infection was. So while this is still awesome, it woule be better if there was more customization and ACTUAL Invasion. But i’m still buying it and i’m still gonna love it regardless.
I agree. I’m glad for Flood since I felt it should have been a thing since H3 (it WAS originally a BIG H2 custom game sooooooooooooooooooo)
But no- it dosen’t scratch THAT itch. We’ve been able to play as Elites in SOME shape or form since H2.

Exactly. Hope we get somethin like the elites as a surprise or for future installments.
How many of these threads of scratching itches are you actually going to create today? This is your second one, what is your goal?
Worse both have been created because you think your itch to be a Elite needs to be scratched, it does not.

I thought the itch 343 meant was the flood replacing the Elites when it was actually Dominion replacing Invasion. I wanted to tell you guys that in the second topic, but I was too lazy and decided it was no big deal.
Why is everyone so itchy lately, why can’t people scratch there itches them selves.
Anyway I’m honestly not sure until I play the game really.

Well, I’m still itchy because Dominion isn’t very similar to Invasion at all…
