What other Slayer modes would you like to have in a Slayer playlist? Because the way I see it is 343i will add these creative variants only to have people moan and complain that “Slayer variant xyz comes up way too much when all I want to play is classic Slayer”.
What is a Sketch? I am serious.
Sketch, who I believe his real name is Brian though I could be mistaken but, he is originally an employee of Bungie that transitioned to 343i shortly after the company formed and took over development of Halo. I think his title is community manager but, again, not sure exactly what his title is.
In short, he writes some of the community updates.

Why is it everyone is comparing infinite to the older games, if they’re better just go back to them. 343 is buying time by slowly fixing things making their money for a longer period of time. We all just need to quit so they are forced to fix things faster or else they don’t make money. To play the game you want requires sacrifice, either you sacrifice your wishes and play a broken game or you go back to a different one and sacrifice some of that games play time so it can be fixed. If you are thinking the second option you’re either gonna need a large group to quit or realistically wait a month of waiting or more.

This is what I don’t get, people love MCC and a lot are starting to seem to hate Infinite, like why not uninstall Infinite and go back to MCC? You’ll be much happier there than waiting on a game that is likely to be discontinued in 3-4 years.

I completed more to finish ALL challenges AND WAS NOT EVEN REWARDED ULTIMATE CHALLENGE weapon coating… 343 says the do not have a fix and cannot say when they will have a fix…… for something they were offering as “Ultimate Reward” that i painfully earned …disrespectful to us fans….

I specifically avoided MCC because Infinite was coming to PC and would be my first Halo-
I expected it to be some giant amalgamation of all previous entries and HEAVY content wise-
Was not the case.
So now I either a) wait 2 years like people tell me to, b) play something else (on it), or c) buy the MCC after being burned on Infinite, even though I jumped the gun and threw money into multiplayer and the campaign just from sheer hype.
Just kinda sucks to be blind sided by what was promised, looking at previous entries, and expecting AT LEAST that same amount on launch, not 3/4 of the content not even in the game and get told to ‘stand by til year 3, it’s gonna be a hoot’.
That being said, I’ll be moving to the MCC if Season 1 of infinite ends in the same state it is now.
Kinda wish they just ported 5 over. I know people don’t like that one for the story and the gameplay but it looks like a fun arena shooter to me regardless. You know, that I can look cool in without opening my wallet.

Hell i built my first pc because of halo infinite was on console before that and iv been playing other games more then infinite recently on it

Infinite shouldn’t be anyone’s first Halo. Game Pass isn’t that expensive, and 2 month Game Pass trial codes are easy to come by. Game Pass might even still be running Game Pass for $1 trials if you never had it before. I’ve seen them in bags of Trolli gummi worms. You should definitely play CE-Reach first, so you can come to understand why people hate 343 for Infinite so much.

Yeah I mean I like buying my games so I just went thru steam. Gamepass seems like a good deal but I just don’t play that many xbox games.
And I’ve played the older ones on couch co-op, so I got the jist of it, this was just gonna be my first solo experience owning a halo----
There I was, after pre-ordering the campaign and playing 8 hours of the multiplayer, watching armor customization videos from the previous entries…

I watched 343 struggle with Halo 4, Halo 5 and the MCC. I refuse to watch them struggle with Infinite. They didn’t deliver with the launch, I won’t be wasting anymore of my time with Infinite until it’s worthy.

See you in 5 years, like MCC. I personally only keep it installed to play one or two days per month, for the events, because FOMO. If these armors never come back, and 343 does fix this heap, I’ll be pretty sour seeing all the people using cross-core armors and coatings I missed out on. Still hate the game to play more than twice a month.

I hate how accurate this is. When it comes to 343 - even hearing it straight from the horses mouth, don’t expect it to happen.

They’re amazing, but they’re old and we’ve already played them for 1000’s of hours. We kinda want something new that’s also good.
I reitierate my question: Why are you still on Infinite then? It’s neither new nor good. It’s entirely based on Nostalgia pandering, with some of the worst game design I’ve seen in the last 5 years.
Trust me MCC will blow you away (reference intended), it has 8 seasons worth of content, as well as a total of 7 games for the price of $30 for the base game, 10$ for ODST campaign, 10$ for Reach Campaign and Reach Firefight so total of 50$ for the entirety of 7 full games: CE, 2, 2 Anniversary, 3, ODST, Reach and Halo 4.
You’ll get much more content out of MCC than you’ll ever find in Infinite. Not to mention all the Forge stuff MCC had updated.
