Did anyone else dislike the death animations in h5

I remember previous halos had some stand out death animations in multiplayer. Reaches were really good, the way the spartan would flip back in an awesome death dive look sick!

im sure a lot of u won’t remember but jump on YouTube and take a look at the death animations in halo 5. They look so boring and computerish

They’ve probably been changed by now. 343 altered the endgame team animations, so they may have changed other animations form the beta too

Fingers crossed

I personally always liked the rag doll animations in Halo 2 & 3 the best.

They should bring back backflips and flying across the map.

Wouldn’t it be awesome to groundpound somebody and send them flying a mile away?

I found the death animations in the beta to be realistic and dynamic - promoting immersion. Guess what, it actually looks like that when someone falls dead to the ground. They don’t ragdoll 3 miles or last stand every single time. Or holding ones head when being headshot ala h4. I mean seriously? Could h4 make the death animations any more goofy?
The animations in h4 were deadly annyoing and I dearly hope they won’t come back in any form.

Can’t forget the Halo 3 “Air Swimming” death haha

Halo hasn’t ever really been known for being realistic. Watching a body fly a mile away from the bomb going off in Grifball, for example, is funny and it takes me back just thinking about it. I wish they’d keep the ragdoll physics in future Halo games
