Did anyone ask for, or want, Infinity CTF?

I recently got into playing CTF on Halo 4, and I had a blast playing it… and then BOOM! Ordnance Drops.

Three games in a row of Infinity CTF and I think it’s awful. It’s ruined it for me personally and now I’m going to avoid CTF completely.

Infinity settings are ‘meh’ for me, so it was nice for me to play some CTF to get
away from those Ordnance Drops for a while. That didn’t last very long.

I can’t be the only one who HATES Infinity CTF?

nobody asked for it, nobody asked for a shotgun weapon loadout, nobody asked for DMR op, nobody asked for prometheus vision, nobody asked for plasma pistol/plasma granade as loadout, nobody asked to take away btb objective, nobody asked for ordnance drops, nobody asked for instant respawn…

and 343i thought we wanted it.

Soon, all playlist will be infinity mode.

this list could be expanded but correct so far. I just don’t understand why time was spent developing something that wasnt asked for instead of BTB or a classic playlist. IDK

This is exactly what i said to my fiance. I have NEVER seen a thread asking for settings like these.

It is very, very clear that the game is what 343i and -Yoink!- want it to be. And since -Yoink!- is at the helm, we can expect to pay for Spartan Ops Season 2, and then pay 800MP for Firefight DLC (last bit i would not mind at all).
