When I got ranked, it said Diamond 4 when it’s platinum 4, when i ranked up, it said diamond 5, when it’s platinum 5
It also seems the losing players are ranking up too

Whats happening is that 343 messed it up. So you know, the usual.

It got my hopes up then shot 'em down
Its a bug, but the losing players aren’t ranking up.
I’m experiencing the same in Team Arena right now.

It has a green arrow next to their CSR
so are you actually going up to the proper rank, but it is just saying it is the wrong one?

Yeah I know, but they aren’t actually going up. I get the same green arrow in Onyx rank but my CSR goes down.
This is a glitch, it has been happening to me to.

its saying the wrong one
The Platinum ranks will all display saying Diamond and vice versa. If you click on an individual it also will always (I believe) display the little green arrows going up but this is not always indicative to whether or not the player’s rank is actually increasing.

the bar doesn’t increase though, it’s a bug
Yeh I got this glitch when I was in platinum .
I think it’s safe to assume this ranking system sucks and the 1-50 in Halo 3 was far better.
