DEW XP Issues still not resolved

I know this about the millionth DEW XP issue post but there seems to be no solution to my problem. So let’s start from the top, I had 200 Double XP games before launch (the max) and the night of launch everything was working just as planned. It had gotten down to 188 before the servers crashed THAT NIGHT. After that I no longer revieved Double XP games and I am still owed around 180 games. Normally I wouldnt be upset but the fact that I went out and purchased enough MNT Dew and Doritos to get that many games for nothing isn’t fair. Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

I have no solution but i do offer a bit of solace.

I understand you earned the double XP and are owed it. After all you bought the product advertising it and that is in itself like a contract.

I also understand you might want it not to finish the ranking but merely to beat a friend, which is a more valid reason imo.

but think of it this way.

The ranks wont last long even with normal XP. Once you get it will you sit back and marvel at your rank, or feel slightly empty that you no longer have anything to unlock? My advice, enjoy the ride.

Rank isn’t a concern of mine, infact I’m not happy with the Halo 4 ranking system. It just shows how much you play, not you’re skill. Im more in favor of a Halo 2, Halo 3 ranking system. I just dont feel like to feel cheated out of money, especially from a game that I’ve loved since the beginning.

I just got off the phone with Mountain Dew, they said that there is no sign of me registering ANY games which cant be true since the Double XP was working at launch. I can’t apply anymore Double XP games to my account because supposedly I have reached my limit. Help anyone?
