Dew Xp is back after disapperaing

So the day after launch my double xp messed up and disappeared, After calling xbox 2 times and also posting on Halowaypoint.com I got no answer and eventually gave up, today I got on and completed a game and I had double xp pop up, im playing a 2nd game and will let people know if it is actually working again.

Update: 2nd game complete 177 games left of double XP. Also a buddy of mine that it happened to just said his is working again and he also got back the games that he already used.

Thank you 343 for actually listening and fixing this problem, now if they can just fix the other things.

Where did you post for them to see about fixing the disappearing xp problem? I have had no luck with this and it has cost me almost 30 games of exp! Any help be great!

Same thing happened to me last night, it just randomly popped up after a game. I think it’s just completely random who will get theirs back and when.

If you lost any Double XP tokens due to a bug (regardless of when or why it happened), they were credited to your account today. :slight_smile:

Just played a game, unfortunately did not get any double xp for it. I have reset my xbox and will try again. I’m hoping this issue gets resolved asap

my double xp isnt working either i was playing multiplayer and every match i played it didnt give me any xp at all

We’ll see. I was supposed to have 12 games with double XP and only got 4 or 5. There sure are a lot of bugs in this game.

Nope. I just played and didn’t get any double XP. I only got 4 of 5 out of 12 I was supposed to get. Thanks. I’m sure you folks are doing a bang up job…on something.

HA! I knew I had lost atleast 30-50 matches of double xp. But apparently I lost over 100. lol. currently 10k xp from 129. Looks like I’ll be having double xp all the way to 130 tommrow after cap resets. Good stuff. Still shocked I had lost so much double xp

mine haven’t been working since launch, then my last game last night it popped up! i hope they’re still working when i have time to jump on again!
