Perhaps I am paranoid but it is odd. I remember playing recently and my overall KDR went down from 1.362 to 1.361.

KDR 0.1-0.99=Noob
1.0-1.099=Average
1.1-1.4=Good
1.5-1.9=Semi Pro
2.0-4.0+=Pro
The highest ranked players KDR will go down when they play against people who are the best but they usually start out high.
So you think that 1/1000th of a drop in your K/D is a sign that the Devs are keeping it down, rather than the more likely scenario that you may have died more times than you killed in your last play session contributing to that drop.

Anyway you probably died too much in a match, maybe you should check out your service record of previous games.
Devs/admins would never do anything like you described.
