Hey OP, did you buy this with REQ Points or was it monetary purchase? If you bought it with real money I would check that the pack shows up in your account purchase history. You can check that here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders - if it doesn’t show up there then your purchase never went through for whatever reason
If you’re sure everything went ok with the purchase (whether it was via RP or money), there’s a good chance you experienced the REQ glitch that happens from time to time. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items from the pack do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. You need to hard reset your console to see the updated inventory in-game, alternatively you check for new items here on Waypoint: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/categories/customization?ownedOnly=False
That could be what happened to you so it might be worth checking your inventory and seeing if you unlocked any new armor or certs.

I’m returning my halo 5 for a refund, you guys took the only thing that made this game fun with my family, for days I’ve listened to my kids fight over who gets to play, I’m done with halo now, I’m never buying it again, not any game, new or old, I don’t care what you add, and I’m no longer recommending halo to anyone, how dare you take a favored family game and make it a solo game, if your money was truly important, you wouldn’t have made this grave mistake, I know I’m not alone in this opinion, and so do you
