Desync Issues Better - Community Discussion

Hello Ladies/Gents,

Looks like Desync Issues are better on my end of per gameplay.

Hows everyone else’s experience per “Desync Issues”?

Feel free to discuss “All” potential issues if they still persist as i have added @343 on this per actual feedback purposes.

  • Thanks Everyone

I feel like it has been better for me as well. Perhaps what also helped was changing my search to “Local” so i connect to better matches.

It seems that your experience is in the minority, congratulations on good luck so far.

It’s better for me, but oddly enough when it does happen it seems more extreme. Instead of getting killed one step around the corner, it’s two steps. It just happens less often. Overall it’s an improvement as far as what I call desync. MCC still feels much more crisp as far as the network connection and all the little ways it impacts gameplay. I’m not sure how they went backwards in Infinite.

Definitely better for me. I used to get some sort of desync every single game, but now I only catch it about 5 or so games occasionally. Still suffer from missed melee hits though.

Mine has never been worse. Just had to turn it off tonight. Makes the game unplayable. Such a shame

The desync seems to be gone, but I still get unstable packet loss and jitter occasionally, with ping around 100. I actually incredibly had ping at 5000 in a custom game for a bit the other day. I was physically stunned in amazement

This more has to do with me not being near any Microsoft Azure locations, and less to do with Infinite itself, I guess. I did punch a guy twice tonight and he didn’t take damage, but I died.

Aside from these, I haven’t noticed desync. Only high ping in Halo Infinite specifically.
